I've been struggling with anoxeria for 7 years and bulimia for 4 years.

I guess pictures would be good. The hard part is getting them out of everyone. I think we're all too distant, I mean, we read each other's diaries, but it's not close enough. We're all still strangers. Maybe we can exchange email addresses, for people in the same country mobile phone numbers, so we can always get in touch with someone. Skype is also a great idea. BUT... It all depends on how much people want to get involved, their schedules etc.

Aug 8th For any of the ladies interested in the master cleanse:

I have been on it just sort of 4 days and have already lost 10lbs.

My best advice is to check out a lot of youtube videos on the master
cleanse..  I've also been reading a lot of personal journals about it
by googling "master cleanse journals."  Days 2-3 are really the
hardest, are far as I have heard, and I am on day 3 right now and doing
quite well so far. 

Soon I am going to start planning my diet
when I get off the master cleanse.  I think it will really help to have
a plan outlined so I don't go off and eat whatever I feel like.  I want
to avoid cooked foods for awhile, or maybe go raw entirely if
possible.  It will be fun to look up raw/vegan recipes and see how that
goes.  I think I might also slowly introduce different food categories
in order to see if I have any food sensitivities to gluten, dairy,
nightshade veggies, etc. 

The shopping list for the diet includes..........:

Organic
Grade B Maple Syrup (BUY IT IN BULK, or else you're be spending up to
$8 for 6 ounces, when you can buy it for $6.99 per pound.) 

Organic
Lemons (if you can afford them.. I have been buying organic lemons for
$0.75-$0.99 each.  It's possible to buy them in bulk as well, just be
careful that they don't go bad (keep them in the fridge..also
refridgerate your maple syrup)

Cayenne pepper (This pepper is
truly a miracle substance.. I have been researching it and it makes
your heart strong and can reverse a heart attack!  It also cleanses
your body, as does the lemons.  I recommend buying this in bulk as
well, organic doesn't really matter.)

Next, you need a buy a box
of "Smooth Move" tea... maybe check out the "Yogi" teas at Winco or
wherever you shop.... just make sure the first ingredient is "SENNA"...
you can also find this at health food stores cheap.

Buy some UNIODIZED SEA SALT.....it MUST be uniodized.

LASTLY,
I highly recommend buying distiller water, spring water, or a water
purifier.  This can be expensive, but worth it, as most water has some
form of salt in it, and can keep on that water weight!  (I've been
getting reverse osmosis triple filtered water from my job at the
organic restaurant.)

THE RECIPE:

2 tbsp FRESH squeezed lemon juice (or use limes when you get tired of lemons)

1-2
tbsp organic grade b maple syrup (I have been going between one and two
depending on how much energy I feel like I need... sometimes having one
for a while and switching it up to two makes me feel like I am having a
special treat)

at least 1/10 tbsp cayenne.... I've been doing heaping tsps, one or two of those

then 8-12 ounces water

__________________________drink these up to 12 times a day

a day is too expensive for me, and I don't feel like my body requires
that much, so I have been drinking at least 5

At night, before bed, drink a cup of senna tea

In
the morning, right when you wake up, drink 32 ounces water with 2 level
tsp of uniodized sea salt.  This will be a miserable process, holding
your nose helps, drinking with a straw helps, putting it in different
glasses helps, taking it with lemons helps (if you pretend it's a shot
;0)

I'll definitely be weighing in on Thursday.  My weight hasn't changed much...  I want something to DRASTICALLY change.  Maybe I should just cut off an arm and a leg?  That should do for about, oh, 20 pounds or so?  Lol.

As for the spicing up, I would really enjoy a competition.  I wasn't able to compete in the last one.  It would really motivate me more-so than just weighing in alone.

    My diet history is....complicated. At first I didn't care about my weight. I was a stick figure child...I never thought Id get big. Then I got to be about 11 and my father's genes caught up with me. That was when I started researching dieting. At 12 I got interesting in nutrition. The summer before 8th grade and my 8th grade year (13-14th year) tons of horrible things happened to me. So I delt with it in a pretty destructive way. I didn't think about it hurting me at the time to I did it for an entire year. I was throwing up, but it wasn't like food...it was just for an emptry feeling bcause I felt that if I threw up all the bad things, they would go away. Ultimately they did but not because of that. Once things got better, I stopped for the most part...and then after a couple of months I stopped completely. That was the only time in my life when it was severe so I don't consider myself to have an eating disorder now.... Just self -esteem/image issues.

    I believe having a support group would help me with that and also losing the remaining weight in a good, safe way. (btw the weight I did lose, I lost because of the regular diet and nutrition research i did after my 8th grade year ended.)

    I just want to ask you to seriously consider me because I think having support would help me go all the way and fully recover from everything that has happened along with reaching a comfortable weight for me.     i tried to weigh and my stupid scale is broken. it gave 13 different read outs :/

    i'm going to guess and say 135lbs. [i know my clothes are not as tight]
